Novus Research is a case study representing a project developed in partnership with Roots & Rise for a client in the Scientific Research sector. We developed a specialized Talent Risk Dashboard in Looker Studio focused on identifying Single Points of Failure (SPOF) within critical laboratory and technical roles, auditing Skills Coverage across specialized research teams, and mapping External Dependencies on niche third-party experts. By visualizing key indicators like “Skill Redundancy Scores” and “Dependency Criticality,” we provided a tool that enables proactive succession planning and ensures that high-stakes scientific research remains uninterrupted by personnel changes.
