Meridian Park is a case study representing a project developed for Primeview, for which we engineered a comprehensive Commercial & Financial Dashboard. The project bridges the gap between commercial sales performance and long-term back-office collections, converting raw transactional data into a single, executive-ready asset management interface.
By centralizing multi-year milestone receivables into dedicated Control Tables and mapping out cross-agency performance, the dashboard tracks critical metrics such as “Realized Yield”, “Value in Stock”, and global “Sales Progress.” Additionally, the integration of a statistical scatter plot tracking Listing Price by Area against an Interquartile Range (IQR) allows leadership to instantly evaluate market positioning, isolate risks, and optimize pricing dynamically.
